Can Google + be the new Facebook?

Have you heard about Google + (plus)?
It’s google's new attempt at social networking after we all know how google buzz was more like a google bomb.
Google is claiming that their project is more of a social tool than a social network trying to complete with facebook.

I don’t know, right now I’m feeling a bit lazy to move my whole social life onto another social network, but if enough of my facebook friends move then I guess I'd have no choice, because who would be there to like and comment on my latest post about a cute penguin who befriends a rat?
I’m a firm googler, I use everything that google offers, well most of it. I’m opened to new things and I’m getting a little annoyed of facebook and their privacy mumbo jumbo antics. I have to say I'm exciting to see it...

The question is, does Facebook have something to worry about? Will Facebook become the next Myspace? Possibly? Only time will tell.
